Anitas hair.
Analysing this image I can see Anita sported the iconic bob. Her hair has been tightly pin curled and almost looks as though it has been ruffled with. Her makeup look as as though she is wearing a smokey and a dark lip with pale skin.
I have looked up a few more images of Anita and her hair is usually styled in a similar way or with a scarf on top of the head with curls poking out of the bottom of the hair.
For my first face chart I knew how I visualized Anita. I wanted to her to be portrayed as she would've looked. Not of how she thought she would've looked. Anita was known to think quite high of herself, but I wanted to create a realistic vision. I chose simple makeup considering the time limit. I kept the skin pale, with a pinch of colour in the cheeks and a strong red lip.
For the hair I find it easier to create the style first then do a hair chart. Firstly I pin cured the hair. I then twisted the hair and rolled it under the hair and pinned the hair with hair pins. I have taken into consideration that human hair is a lot thicker and heavier. Therefore I experimented with using a hair doughnut of which I cut in half.
I then rolled the hair under the doughnut, towards the nape of the neck. I then used hair grips to secure it.
I then decided to play around with the scarf on the head look that Anita wore. I created it by creating a faux bob, then pin curled the ends. I then placed the scarf on top of the head like Anita wore hers. I believe this look will fit into the time given better. I also would like to use this design. As head was known to be worn at night, my Anita is performing in the evening and has rushed to get ready. Leaving the scarf on shows that she may not of had enough time to style her whole head so she has thrown a scarf on top of her head.

For my second face chart I kept the exact same products. As I liked my design but reconsidered the design. I asked myself the question what would Anita really look like from my perspective? She most defiantly would not of had the latest luxury hair blending brush to smoke out that eye. Would she of even taken her makeup off? She was known for being very promiscuous. Her lips would of been smudged from snogging a man back stage before her show. She would of rubber her fingers into the eye shadow and rubbed it onto her lids. I want to be realistic and show her how many would of perceived her.
I used the colour black as black is dramatic, mysterious and sexy. Black will make the eyes pop. Anita was known for being erotic and behaving in a dramatic way which is the explanation to my colour choice.I chose a red for the lips as red can connotate energy, danger and is also perceived as being sensual as of which Anita was all of these.
